The e-learning material below seeks to provide a fundamental understanding and a step-by-step playbook on how to develop robust digital export strategies. We estimate the workload to be around 10hs depending on individual preferences and speed. This e-learning course is part of a company specific Global Growth program developed by IN and its partner TMG Consulting. The full program includes the e-learning, 9 company specific 1-1 sessions of 90 minutes each plus the final implementation of your digital sales and exporting strategies through pre-organized customer meetings. Throughout the full program we intend to bring in industry specialists from Germany, IN advisors from your market of interest and cluster experts based on company specific needs to join forces and contribute to the best possible outcome of the program.

Martin Nietz

Martin has more than 10 years of experience in different markets and extensive knowledge working with Norwegian companies towards international success. He has previous experience from Brazil, Germany and the USA working with business development and sales ranging from small services to large infrastructure contracts. His focus areas in Innovation Norway are industry 4.0 and wood construction but Martin has also vast experience and network in the energy and O&G industry.
